Montaña Roja recently sent a delegation to Madrid to attend SIMA ‘07 - the world’s biggest real estate expo held between the 29^th May and 2^nd June, with 800 exhibitors and over 160,000 visitors (not counting the professional staff working there). No less than fifty different countries were represented at the fair, which was spread over 5 pavilions totalling 47,000 m².

SIMA is the only event of its kind that brings together buyers, investors, developers, town councils, financial institutions, investment funds, hotel chains and agents from all over the world.

It was, of course, our pleasure to participate in what is without doubt the largest property offering in Spain, with more than 20,000m² devoted to Spanish and international touristic properties, not to mention the most attractive land, office, commercial and industrial projects and the latest innovations in technology and materials.

Montaña Roja’s presence resulted in numerous meetings and an endless stream of clients, interested in our real estate opportunities - so much so that all our promotional material eventually ran out, much to our surprise.

Throughout our stay at SIMA ‘07, the hardworking Montaña Roja team met with numerous agents and developers and, of course, courteously attended all enquiring members of the general public present, thus attracting a large number of people interested in our real estate products.
